  About the Firm & Staff  

Yesner and Boss, P.L. - Staff

Yesner & Boss P.L., a professional limited liability company, that practices in real estate law including foreclosure defense, Chapter 13 bankruptcy, Chapter 7 liquidation/bankruptcy, as well as title insurance, contract and lease review, evictions, corporate planning and probate.

The firm was founded in November 2004 in Tampa. Since then our firm has moved to a larger office located at 10812 Gandy Blvd North, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33702. The office, at Gandy and San Martin Drive, just east of the dog track, is a mile from the Pinellas end of the Gandy Bridge and is accessible from the first Pinellas exit (Fourth Street N.) off the Howard Frankland Bridge.

Gina Harvey
Gina Harvey joined Yesner & Boss, P.L. in October 2007. Gina is the Title Manager in charge of real estate closings, short sales, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, land trusts, simultaneous closings, and all other aspects of real estate transactions. Gina is originally from Cleveland, OH and has lived in Florida since 1973. Gina started in the industry as a Title Clerk in 1978, and has attended numerous seminars sponsored by FNMA and First American Title Insurance Co.

AJ Vecchiarelli
Anthony J. ("A.J.") Vecchiarelli was the first employee hired at the firm and has been with the firm for more than five years. Currently, A.J. is in the Bankruptcy department of the firm, where he specializes in assisting debtors with Chapter 7 Liquidation Bankruptcy and Chapter 13 Reorganization Bankruptcy. A.J. was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and currently resides in Palm Harbor. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of South Florida in December, 2006, and A.J. is currently preparing to enter law school.

Stacey Flanagan
Stacey Flanagan graduated from the University of South Florida in 2000 with a Bachelors degree concentrating in the areas of Political Science and Business Management. In 2002 Stacey worked as Office Manager/Paralegal at a general practice law firm specializing in Chapter 7 Liquidation Bankruptcy, Chapter 13 Reorganization Bankruptcy, Debt Negotiation / Settlement, and Foreclosure Defense Litigation. Stacey has been with Yesner & Boss, P.L. since April of 2008 handling much the same responsibilities – specifically Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, and Debt Negotiation / Settlement.

Yadira Montijo
Yadira Montijo joined Yesner & Boss, P.L. in October 2006, and is the head paralegal in charge of foreclosure defense. Originally from the Dominican Rep., Yadira came to the United States in 1996. Yadira obtained her Associate Arts Degree in Paralegal Science from Florida Metropolitan University in October 2006. Yadira and her husband Jorge are the parents of two active and smart boys Orlando and Isaac.

Heather Burg
Heather Burg is from Milwaukee, WI and currently resides in Tampa. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1999 with a Bachelor degree in Geology and Political Science. In 1999, Heather had an internship at the United Nations with special emphasis on worldwide democratic elections and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO's). She has 7 years of paralegal experience specializing in environmental, litigation, business and patent law. Heather started with Yesner & Boss, P.L. in July of 2009 and works in the foreclosure department.



Janet W. Brooks joined Yesner & Boss, P.L. in the spring of 2009 as the Negotiations Manager for the firm and oversees the Short Sale Department. She has a strong background in real estate, business, networking and marketing. Janet has been a small business owner and worked eleven years for a consulting firm specializing in urban planning, right-of-way and eminent domain issues in Austin, Texas. Janet is a Texas native and University of Texas graduate, and has lived in St Petersburg since 1999.

Annie Orlando
Annie Orlando moved to Tampa Bay in 2007, from Avon, IN. She holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana State University in Recreation & Sport Management in 2001, and received a graduate degree from the University of Central Missouri in Sport Administration in 2005. Since joining Yesner & Boss, P.L. in 2009, Annie has helped grow, develop and manage the short sale negotiation department. Annie has a diverse background including marketing and a strong passion for sports and recreational activities. In her free time, Annie likes to stay active by participating in Tampa Bay Club Sport.


Tonya Patterson
Tonya Patterson joined Yesner & Boss, P.L. in February 2010, and is part of the Short Sale Team.  Before coming to Yesner & Boss, Tonya was an administrative assistant for 11 years to a mortgage originator and has extensive experience with Short Sale Negotiations, Real Estate Lending, and Closings.  In her free time, Tonya enjoys boating and spending time with her husband Mike and teenage daughter

Alex Torres
Joseph M. Demmi Jr. was born and raised in Tampa and is our most recent addition to the firm. Joseph previously worked for two Fortune 500 Companies as a Sales Associate marketing telecommunications hardware and computer software. Starting in 2004, Joseph has specialized in Short Sale Negotiations and now is negotiating Consumer Debt for clients of the Firm. Joseph is currently working towards obtaining his Public Adjusters License. Joseph and his wife Melissa are proud parents of their first son, Jake, born Summer 2008.


Christopher Fisher
Christopher Fisher joined Yesner & Boss, P.L., in August 2008. Chris is responsible for maintaining the Firm’s website and content, as well as its optimization, and social marketing. Chris was born in Calgary, Canada, and currently resides in Palm Harbor with his wife. Chris obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in December 2006 and is preparing to enter law school.

Susan Cather
Susan Cather joined the firm in June of 2009, and is the administrative assistant for the team. Susan has over 30 years experience as an administrative assistant. She volunteers in area church ministries and is an active member of her Neighborhood Association. A St. Petersburg native, Susan resides in St. Petersburg with her husband and college-bound son.



Alex Torres
Alex Torres joined the firm in August 2007. Alex provides staff support to the short sale, title, negotiation, and administrative departments. Alex was born in Brooklyn, NY and has been living in Oldsmar, FL since the age of five. For the last 15 years, Alex has been riding horses and competed at the colligate level for Florida State University. Alex is majoring in Creative Writing with a minor in French and will soon graduate from FSU.



Jackie Meeker
Jackie Meeker is a third year law student at Stetson University College of Law. She began working at Yesner & Boss, P.L. in August 2009. As a law clerk, Jackie is responsible for researching and preparing documents relating to foreclosures, evictions and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) violations, as well as other legal issues. Jackie has prior experience in personal injury, real estate, probate, and family law. Jackie graduated from University of Central Florida with a B.S. degree in Legal Studies. Before starting law school she worked as a paralegal. Jackie is a student member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society. She is currently residing in Gulfport. Florida.
